« Rooms are CLEAN and comfortable and having a nice kitchen in the room is such a plus. Parking was easy and $10 a night. Breakfast was great with hot options. Laundry and gym were both clean. Our king eoom had a pull out bed in the couch which was nice. Overall great stay and I would stay again. »

« Multiple broken down cars in the parking lot. Staff gave cash out of an envelope to one of the people from said car. Room on ground floor looked recently painted, but the windows were open BEFORE I was given keys to the room. Sheets were dirty. Half the security hardware on the door wasn't reinstalled. Did not stay. Asked for refund and was denied. DO NOT STAY HERE. »

« L’hotel se situe dans un quartier peu sûr de Portland. On a été inquiet toute la nuit pour la voiture. Le sol de la chambre n’était pas propre. Le lit n’était pas confortable : le sommier était une planche de bois. Nous n’avons pas retrouvé la qualité standard des motel 6. »

« Staff was rude and took forever waiting for someone to come to the check in area. Headed to our room which was not full cleaned only the beds made. The bathroom was disgusting and felt soo dirty over all. The location was terrible as nude and homeless people outside which made myself very uncomfortable and unsafe so I left the premises and didn’t even stay. Will NEVER BOOK THERE EVER!! »

« Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

« Hôtel bien tenu, très propre, accueil agréable, chambre confortable avec des prestations de qualité, petit déjeuner complet avec des plats chauds cuisinés. Un seul regret, non seulement le parking est payant mais nous avons réglé 3 jours de stationnement pour 2 nuits. Il semble donc que l'on nous fasse payer le jour d'arrivée ainsi que celui du départ. »

« Always staying there before flying back home. Spent 4 nights and as always very comfy and spacious rooms. The place is also conveniently located at a MAX tram station if you want to skip the traffic when going downtown. 5th stay, always fine. Will return. »

« Accueil beaucoup trop long (près de 30 mn et 1 seul personne à l'accueil) indigne d'un hôtel de ce standing. Pour le reste on retrouve toutes les qualités des Hampton Inn (belles chambre bien équipée, climatisation assez silencieuse, bon WIFI, très bon petit-déjeuner...). A noter que la piscine était hors d'usage mais on pouvait utliser celle du Sheraton voisin. A noter l'efficacité de la navette pour l'aéroport. »

« I had an amazing experience at Cascada Spa and absolutely loved it. It was exactly what I was looking for, a place to truly get away and relax. We stayed here for our anniversary, and it was such a nice surprise to find a small gift waiting for us in the room. Everything is designed beautifully and feels very luxurious.
