Centre de divertissement dans le salon avec TV et DVD. Comprend Internet haute vitesse, câble, deuxième télévision dans la chambre principale avec laveuse, sécheuse, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. The windows/sills all need a good cleaning. The stove is on its last legs. The pots and pans need an upgrade. The curtains in the upstairs master are full of mold. The upstairs master window air conditioner is not closed in so lots of bugs get in. The new upstairs deck is a tripping hazard. As you exit the room onto the deck, there is a lower area which is not obvious until you trip. The new outdoor table is too small for 8 people.

They could benefit getting a new toaster as one side only functions and new HDMI cable for downstairs tv.The picture kept cutting out but after giggling the HDMI cable a bit we got it working a little better but not great.Neighbors next to ours on Chapin have super bright patio lights so curtains are needed in down stairs bedrooms to block out the super bright light .

The views are great and it is a short drive to restaurants, other beaches, biking, etc. One thing to note: the home is older and shows its age - it wasn't an issue since we didn't go to the Cape to hang out inside. However, if you're looking for something spiffy and new, this might not be your rental. There are some noticeable deferred maintenance issues.
