« Host rented the apt. we had already rented so someone was in the property when we arrived. Host provided the adjacent property but we were locked out twice upon returning to property after a day of research so had to call host who thankfully just lived around the corner (and who did not apologize for the room mix-ups or getting us locked out of our building twice). The property was just okay for cleanliness; no wash clothes for the bathroom (we found those dried up and bunched up on the shower...
