This property was perfect for our family get away. Booking and communication with host was easy and the house was exactly as pictured. The house was very clean and welcoming. We really appreciated the fenced in yard so our dog could explore on his own. The sunsets were the most beautiful we have seen. We would definitely book this house again for future trips.

Great space and kitchen. One of the cleanest houses we've ever stayed in. The induction stove top was not fun to learn, but they are better for your health and the environment! Host was responsive. I couldn't get signal at the house which was challenging, but it was good to have an excuse not to use my phone. Fenced in yard was great.

The house was everything that was shown in the pictures and descriptions everything was clean. Everything was functional.the vanity in the master bathroom is very well thought out with plenty of space for 2 people, with plenty of drawer space for anyone who is meticulous about grooming.the mattress for the bed in the master was very firm and comfortable.We didn’t sleep in any other bedroom.The kitchen was amazing with upscale appliances and countertops.the multifunctional Keurig machine is also very thoughtful. All the switches for the lights and air systems are very well marked. A couple of suggestions when packing, bring a few cleaning sprays if you like keeping your surfaces clean. Make sure you take a few trash bags if you think you might need them. Also plenty of shades for the windows:Another suggestion is to take bottled water with you if you don’t want to consume well water. The well water isn’t that bad because it doesn’t have any odors. We would have liked a few more towels. Also we would have enjoyed a television in the master bedroom Also plenty of dishes and cups and everything you need for the kitchen. Plenty of lights for the front and back yard. I would also suggest taking a Bluetooth speaker if you enjoy music. Overall this is a very well thought out home that is designed for the traveler that enjoys some luxury in their stay. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and would highly recommend this property. ,

Beautiful, clean, and peaceful property! We enjoyed kayaking to the beach and clear, starlit nights by the chiminea.We had amazing warm weather and rented a pontoon for one of the days in nearby Lake Ossipee. For those that are looking to fish, you do need to kayak a bit out to avoid of all the lily pads.

The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you need. The house is not only pet friendly it is pet perfect! We usually bring everything we need for our dog Molly but the house was better prepared than we were with a bed, towels, bowls and more. We had a week of rain which makes the indoor space more important and it didn't disappoint!

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and I can’t say enough about how great the house was set up for our dogs. Fenced in back yard and gates for front and back porch. It was a little far away from everything that we wanted but we made it work. The home looks just like the pictures and has everything you could ask for. Our only complaint, was the bed in the master bedroom it was terrible. My husband slept on the couch and I tried the other bed but it wasn’t much better. Our daughter said her bed was good but she’s 9. I hope they swap the beds because it made for a long vacation with little sleep. The hosts were so responsive and kind, the house was very clean. I would rent again if they swap the beds. Thank you for allowing dogs in your home and making it safe for them. We always vacation with our dogs and appreciate when people let our dogs into their homes. Thank you

Lake Views and Family Time

We absolutely loved our stay at this newly renovated lakefront gem! From the moment we arrived, we could feel how thoughtfully the space was designed — clean, modern, and still cozy. The fenced-in backyard was a huge plus for our dog, who had the time of his life running around safely while we relaxed on the deck and took in the lake views.The house has been beautifully updated, and you can tell the owners put real care into the details. Lakefront and dog friendly

We really enjoyed our stay here! The views were beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was clean and spacious for our group of 6 adults. There were plenty of amenities in the home. We appreciated the washer and drier and the extra dog towels as it rained when we were there. There is nice outdoor seating that we enjoyed. One con is that the grocery store was about 20-30 minutes away and no close restaurants availabe. We would recommend staying here!
