„Phantastischer Aufenthalt!

„We had a wonderful stay! Excellent location, beautiful room, clean and stocked! John was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be staying again next time in Monroe!!“

„The bed was just right for me. Not too soft and not too firm What I did not like was. We had to pay 25$ deposit fee. When we checked in you get it back a few Days after you check out as long as the room is not damaged or. Nothing broken.“

„This may just be my new favorite place to stay when visiting family. The king suite was clean, spacious, bed comfortable, pillows sufficient, and quiet. The bathroom is small with low water pressure but it contained large bottles of hung shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and lotion. There were plenty of towels, extra blanket, and sheets available in the room. I think my favorite feature was the real plates, glasses, and utensils - none of that styrofoam stuff in site! „The property was nice and clean and the staff was great. I would definitely recommend it.“

„The walk in shower and the friendly staff.“

„Amy is the best! Amy is the textbook version of hospitality! She deserves a raise!!!“

„The property smelled odd and needed a deep clean and some updating. Also charging for breakfast, when others have it included is ridiculous. Not impressed with this being a national brand. Very disappointed.“

„Ensure that you do not get a smoking room. They assumed we wanted that and it was awful. That room smelled awful but they did move us to another room“

„No coffee in the lobby :(. Had to buy from Starbucks.“

„it was such a great experience“

„Did not like cleanliness“

„Hotel bedarf einer Renovierung und ist sehr hellhörig, da die Wände sehr dünn sind. Am Check - Out - Tag wurde ich mehrmals angerufen um 9:00 Uhr vom Personal...wirklich sehr ungewöhnlich da erst um 11:00 Uhr das Zimmer verlassen sein muss???!!!“

„Man at front desk with check in was probably the rudest staff I’ve ever come across staying in hundreds of hotels/ motels over my life. He was mumbling and belligerent, and looked like he’d just been released from the state pen. He would make an excellent video example of how not to do that customer service job.“

„Typisches Motel. Zimmer sind sauber, Continental Breakfast war OK.“
