« We stayed in town for a week at this home and it was lovely. The home was well tended and had a functional layout. I appreciate a grpund level home, especially when traveling with kids! My children love waffles, which i menrioned and she made aure to set that out with a bowl and whosk upon our arrival, which for me was such a thoughtful thing. We had a little hiccup woth the lock but asode from that, everything was exactly what we needed and more! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is wonderful and easy to get to many things. We loved the little coffee shop right around the corner. The apartment was clean, quiet, and stocked with towels, laundry detergent and coins for the washing machine, shampoo, body wash, and everything else you could need. We will definitely be booking there for future trips! »

« The property condition and amenities are exactly as shown. I stayed here for 15 days in August - when it was very hot - ave. 115 each day. The parking lot to the unit was further than was represented to me, but I borrowed a wagon to use for transporting groceries and things, and that helped. The AC unit is also VERY loud. It works well, but if you are not used to that sound in your life continually, it has an effect on you. Location was very good for my needs. Owners were responsive and...

« Marcia is a phenomenal host and her North Phoenix condo was the perfect location for our needs as we transitioned our daughters to college at GCU. I was most impressed at how well the condo was stocked. Need a ziplock baggie? It’s there, all the spices, plenty of cookware, beach towels for the pool. The list goes on. We appreciated Marcia’s top-notch communication as well as the fact that the pool was steps from the unit. Would 100 percent stay here again! »

« This is an excellent location. Easy, safe and nice walk to Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Fantastic condo with great amenities. Covered parking. Owners are very kind and communications were great. It was super easy to check in and check out. We look forward to staying here again. »

The location was very close to everything we wanted to do and we really enjoyed the community hot tub after a long desert hike. The unit was stocked well and clean.
