« Had trouble with our door keys working properly. Staff replaced them but still had glitch. Maybe handle mechanism is the issue. Otherwise, nice stay. Safe and convenient. »

« Room appeared clean, but trash from previous occupants was found under the bed. No cooling mirror. Window blinds were broken and did not go up past 12 inches from the bottom. The room was dark even with the lights on in the bathroom had a dim light so no place good to put makeup on. Light switch is outside the bathroom so if you’re sleeping at night and you’re not the only one in the room, you have to turn the light on and open the door to the bathroom and it floods the room with light. « Leroy, the clerk on duty when I arrived was so helpful and treated me with respect. I am 81 years old, senior citizen. I appreciated his help. When I needed to stay an extra day, and he took care of everything! Kudos to him!!!! »

« Staff is super pleasant. Our beds were very clean & comfortable. The floor in the room could have been vacuumed better but no big deal. Microwave & refrigerator worked well and were clean. Coffee in lobby was always full, fresh and hot. We would stay here again. »
