„There was some construction at the moment that I got my room . I went to the manager and he shocked me with his professionalty . I travelled all over the world and wasn't expecting in a city like Nairobi that they would take care of it to my satisfaction . They did better then any other hotel sofar .They gave me a wonderfull room and treated me like a king . The staff deserves also a compliment they where really nice and professional. „Our stay was great. We stayed for one night arriving from a safari, completely exhausted. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was so friendly and helpful, always concerned about our safety. The room was very spacious and clean. We ordered room service, which arrived very quickly and the food was delicious. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety and the food was tasty as well. All in all we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.“

„Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!“
