  • Regardless of the season, Whistler is just the place to take your long-awaited family vacation or a getaway with friends! With a spacious interior, beautiful terracotta floors in the full kitchen, and a private balcony, you will feel right at home in no time. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fresh air and listen to the wind blowing through the trees as you plan a full day of fun. When everyone wakes up, the chef of the group will be glad to hop into the kitchen and whip up a delicious breakfast to fuel everyone before a day on the slopes. When everyone returns from a day filled with adventure, the shared hot tubs and heated pool provide just the place to soak sore muscles or cool off after a day in the sun. As evening nears, the plush bedding and sofa bed in the living area will give everyone the space and comfort needed to slip into sweet dreams. Sitting mere minutes from Blackcomb Gondola, this condo will be a skier's paradise with easy access to the wonderful trails of Whistler & Blackcomb Mountains! For a bit of fun away from the mountain, head over to the Upper Village area and grab a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants, window shop in various boutiques, or stop into a pub for an evening drink with loved ones. Don't worry about driving in the snow, as you will have access to the complimentary city bus #5 that will bring you right to the base of each mountain, and back again. Come summer, golf to your heart's content at one of the stunning courses nearby, or hike days away on mountain trails.

    Important Onsite Construction Notice: Please be advised that ongoing construction projects will take place at The Aspens throughout Fall 2026. The work will primarily affect the front entrance loop and breezeway; however, additional projects may occur throughout the property without prior announcement. Construction workers will be present onsite during this time. Construction-related noise and odours are expected and may affect surrounding units. Rental rates have been adjusted to reflect these ongoing projects.



    Property Wide Fire System & Alarm Testing - November 2 to 4, 2026: During this time there will be intermittent beeping and alarms going off in the building; access to all units will be required for a short period of time.

Great stay!

Great experience! Room was a bit dated but it didn’t affect the functionally of anything and we had a wonderful time! The pool and hot tub were lovely!

Ski weekend

Great location in Aspens - view of the gondola line was a plus. Unit was very clean, huge king bed and the sofa bed was really comfortable Unit could use more kitchen ware for cooking/baking. We would stay here again for sure.

We stayed in No. 211 The Aspens after 3 weeks touring B.C from London U.K. we loved the Condo. We loved the position. Quiet, clean, well stocked, home from home. Anybody who stays here will not be disappointed, we wish we had longer to stay more time. *** & ***** ******

Room was very clean. We had bad weather and were forced to spend a lot of time indoors. The unit felt spacious, but the entertainment system was outdated.

Excellent overall

Property was fantastic. Everything as advertised. Only reason its not 5 stars is there were no human sized glasses in the unit. Just tiny munchkin glasses. Also would be nice to lose some of the security logins. Especially getting into the gym and off the slopes.

Nice location, dated interior and needs a deep cleaning.

Great location on the ski run, shared amenities were fanatic (pool/spa) along with ample parking. However, the room we stayed in needed a deep cleaning, it had food stains on cabinets and floors, sink had a layer of film on it with the drain covered in old grease and food. The appliances are very outdated (stove/micro from 1993 per the label) and limited kitchen supplies, not even a can opener. The rest of the interior needs some major updating, broken blinds and torn carpet.

Good stay

The unit was clean and tidy up, but it really needs a renovation. The sink in the washroom didn’t work and the bed makes a lot of noise. Pillows are definitely not the best option. Also all the apparels are really old. We liked the facility location but it also needs a renovation, the chairs close to the elevator were ugly.

The place was dirty. Dead bugs. Previous folks socks under the bed. Screen door kept falling off called to get it fixed no one ever showed. Very outdated. Could be better equipped for cooking. For the price I expect more. Aspens is a great location. But the place is in need of some care

Window blind is broken

The window blind is broken not working but they can’t fix it. It was too old. But They don’t want replacements it. Everything is old. They need remodeling. The location is nearby blackcomb.

Great location but rock hard bed

The location for this unit is perfect. You can look out the window to see Blackcomb Village and gondola base. And the hot tub is just outside, one floor down (stairwell is just one unit over). So, especially in the winter, it's quick and easy to go down to the hot tub and run back up, even when it's 0F outside. The only issue we had with the unit is the master bedroom bed. It is hard as a rock. Neither of us slept well and had back issues.

The view, the pool & hot tubs were great. The Kitchen, furniture and furnishings all showing their age. Older appliances are in need of replacement due to high usage. Ok as a discount standard rental suite.

It has everything, but….

Amenities, location and support during our stay were absolutely fantastic. The downside was the state of disrepair of the suite itself, outdated furniture, appliances and styling did not bother me but rips in the sofa and frayed carpet are an easy fix and should be attended to.

Location, space and set up are great. It’s nice to have sime service too. We had a drain problem and the Aspens team was great (Matt). Also enjoyed the Ski Conciérge.

Good place, great location!

Couldn’t ask for a better spot, right on the slopes - true ski in/out. The hot tubs were excellent and a good size. Room was typical of the area and met all our needs. Only downside was the limited cook wear, but the essentials were there. We would definitely stay again.
