Comfy cozy… home away from home. Location was perfectly centered for the activities we did and the restaurants we chose. Beds and sheets were great and plenty of hot water. We had a nice relaxing stay.

Overall, the house was perfect for our large family and friends. Lisa was extremely hospitable and available for the entire weekend. She even bought a pack n play for our grandson! I recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed resting in the house between our activities. The kids loved the large room for watching a soccer match. The dining area is exceptionally nice for kids.

This vacation rental was not up to our standards especially when compared to the several VRBO places we have stayed at across the country during our travels over the last decade.The smoke detectors in each bedroom were sitting on tables and were not mounted on or near the ceiling. This is not up to code.On two different occasions we had two different smoke detectors chirping as the batteries were going dead. We had to remove the batteries in order to sleep.No central air. Several window air-conditioning units had codes of CF displayed which meant Change Filter.The area around the window units was not sealed and had open gaps where bugs could get into rooms.There were ants in both bathrooms and other bugs throughout the house.The portable air unit in the living room was vented to the front porch through the window. Unfortunately, there was not a way to lock the window with this unit in. This was a big safety issue for us. Someone could have easily gained access to the home from the front porch. We removed this when we were sleeping and not there. The house was not clean. The floors, rugs, and stairs were very dirty, as were the windowsills, and ceiling fans. The yard was not well-maintained and the front porch had boards stacked on it under the rocking chairs.
