You cannot beat the Lakeview from this property!! This is a beautiful updated home with so many great views from all levels!! It was amazing to wake up to this everyday!! We used the kayak, my son fished from the dock everyday and caught (and released) a catfish! We spent alot of time on the deck by the firepit, enjoyed the weather and amazingly peaceful views!! We played tournaments with the table shuffleboard and used the grill alot!! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of room to spread out when needed. We even saw a family of 5 deer in the yard the morning we left which was awesome!The property owners were quick to respond and went out of their way to get us what we needed!! If you need a place to relax and unwind, give this place a try, you will be happy you did

Beautiful home and lake. Outdoor areas were our favorite with beautiful views and great amenities. House provided all the comforts of home. Kitchen was well stocked, but would recommend some knives for cutting/chopping. Check-in was very simple and host very quick to respond when needed. Would definitely love to visit again.

Best Lake House/Stay EVER!

We held our annual family vacation in this beautiful home. All our adult kids and their spouses and our grandchildren - coming from all over the country/world....It was a special time made only more beautiful by the amazing home and accommodations. The house was very clean, had everything we needed including kayaks and a boat that we rented for the week. The management was AMAZING! Easy to reach, they went over and beyond our expectations to make sure we had everything we needed. We even had our very own private fireworks in front of our home show put on by the owner. What an kind and gracious man/family they are. If you want to have a memorable vacation in a wonderfully comfortable and well maintained home, with the absolute BEST views on the lake, then this is your home! A TOTAL 10! Thank you so much for making this trip for our family so special! We will definitely be back! And probably will rent both homes next to each other!

We had a wonderful time staying in a perfect house for the 16 of us. The property was clean and perfectly stocked for our every need. There were plenty of sitting areas indoors and outdoors. The tiki bar was a fabulous area to enjoy the breathtaking view of the lake.

Amazing Escape

Enjoy our time here...the house was perfect for family gathering, but the reason to come here is the deck, the sunset and the views. An outdoor escape and visual paradise that has you sit back and just enjoy the horizon. Attentive hosts, great amenties. Will return when the time comes.

Exceeded expectations

We gathered with our adult children at this beautiful home and property for an early Thanksgiving and let me say, we couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The house is newly remodeled and is so warm and inviting. We especially loved the sunroom with the gas fireplace, it was the perfect spot for a cup of coffee on a cool fall morning, while watching the sunrise and again the perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset at the end of the day. Our adult children enjoyed the hot tub immensely and my husband was able to fish to his hearts content right off the dock. We appreciated all the little touches…the toiletries, the beach towels that were available to use for the hot tub and we were pleasantly surprised that they had firewood on the property for use with the outdoor fireplace! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes, and utensils we needed to make meals for our family of 8. They even had a crockpot! Walmart and Kroger are only 10 minutes away as well as fast food and local restaurants. Downtown Winchester is quaint with little shops, a movie theater and what became our favorite place, Walnut Hill Coffee Company, you’ve got to try it! Justin and Derrick are quick to respond to text messages and so helpful, something we truly appreciated! We would definitely book this property again.

Exceptional Property - Couldn't have been better!

We had an incredible week-long stay at this spacious lakefront home on Tim's Ford Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the size and layout of the house, which was perfect for our large group of 16. Every room offered stunning views of the lake, making mornings and evenings truly memorable. The kids had an absolute blast jumping off the dock and swimming in the water. Fishing was a favorite activity for many of us, and having the option to rent a boat right at the property was a huge convenience and added so much to our experience. Evenings were spent relaxing in the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit to make s'mores, creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. It was wonderful to have three generations of our family together under one roof, enjoying quality time in such a beautiful setting. The host was exceptional, providing clear communication and ensuring everything was perfect for our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation rental on Tim's Ford Lake. We're already dreaming of when we can return!"

Amazing Stay

This was a GREAT house for our trip! It was very clean, super updated, lots of special touches to make us feel welcome, great games and water sports which the kids loved. My favorite part of this property is you had a lake view at so many spots. You can be inside and have a fantastic view or at any of the MANY outdoor areas and enjoy the beautiful views. The views are full of nature because there aren’t a lot of homes around the area. The property manager was also very responsive when we had a small issue and he made sure we were taken care of. We loved this house and can’t wait to book it again!
