We received an email from the property manager with our supposed access code for the door and it did not work. I tried to contact them through the Vrbo app and email and received no response. I contacted Vrbo and they attempted to contact the owner, and they also received no response. Thankfully, Vrbo put us up in a hotel because we were in a city we have never been to before. Other than putting us up in the hotel, the Vrbo customer service was subpar and they kept hanging up on me. I will likely not be using this app for any further reservations. The funniest part is I continued to receive daily emails from the supposed âproperty managerâ asking how they could help.
