„The front desk staff were all friendly and very helpful. The facility was well kept up and clean. Likewise, the room itself was clean. Although I did not need it this trip, there was actually a microwave in the room, which is becoming a rare entity and most motels. If I had one improvement, I could have suggested for that room, it would’ve been to have a floor lamp at the end of the couch. The overhead lighting was not the greatest for reading on the couch. I definitely would stay here again.“

„This is the best hotel of its category that I have stayed at this year. The rooms are spacious thanks to the high-ceiling. The bed was so comfortable and the sheets so soft that it felt like sleeping on a cloud. Everything worked in my room, all appliances, all drain stoppers, all faucets, all lamps and wall outlets. „Went for the packer game against the bears. Hotel was nice i give it a 8/10 bathrooms was clean 8/10 lil outdated but nothing gross. Bed was a 9/10 only cause i hate hotel pillows bed was super comfy. Sheets were clean. Carpet was 9/10 color and style old but didnt smell and not dirty. Also the room was huge. Over a 9/10. „Amazing stay with pretty lake views, and wonderful with two young kids. Big, open common spaces with activities/games for adults and kids. Pool was great, hot tub jets were not working but it was hot and circulating, sauna was hot and spacious but the benches could use fixing. Room was recently renovated, two queen beds and a pull out couch - microwave and mini fridge too. Overall a great property for our two nights. “

„Wir waren 3 Nächte in dem Hotel in eau claire und waren sehr zufrieden. Es gab nur ein paar Kritikpunkte... da das hotel schon älter ist hatten wir ein paar Probleme mit unserer Tür. Die Schlüsselwörter die wir bekommen haben haben die Tür leider nicht richtig geöffnet... es dauerte immer mehrerer Minuten bis wir die Tür auf hatten. Haben insgesamt 6 Karten benutzt!!!! Und die Auswahl an Frühstück war leider sehr begrenzt und auch meistens aufgebraucht als wir zum Frühstück kamen. Es dauerte ...
