„The location of this property is fantastic. We explored the nature refuge, historic Smithville, and Atlantic City. The drives to each were easy and within 25 minutes. Before checking out we walked the well maintained trails along the lake. The only issue was the bugs. (Expected during the summer - check for ticks.)The rental was clean and comfortable. Check in and communication with the host was quick and easy. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's place. He was a communicative and thoughtful host--he provided coffee, snacks and even left drinks in the fridge for us and for our young daughter. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a beautiful park by the river. We also had an easy drive to Sesame place the next day. The space itself was updated and very clean, with tv's in each room and comfortable beds (and very nice towels!). We enjoyed sitting on the patio outside at the end of the day, as well. I ...

„Beautiful house! We had a few couples down for a weekend wedding. We made good use of the deck/dock area and spacious kitchen/dining room. We would definitely recommend it and stay there again. “

The lake with the flowing water under the bridge, was a great view during an early evening stroll. The gym was new and clean. It even had Alexa if you wanted some music, while working out. I really enjoyed my stay, and will come back again. “

„Stayed here for a wedding weekend and it was perfect. Mattresses were a little firm but worked fine for our short stay. Always a little tricky to coordinate linens for a short stay so would appreciate rental recommendations in the future! Great location, close to restaurants and bars, and plenty of space for hanging out.“
