« No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. »

« Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around. »

« Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets...
