"The proximity of the hotel to Terminal 4 and the reasonable price is the main reasons we chose the Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful checking us in as we had problems connecting to the local network and we were really impressed with the full breakfast option. I highly recommend if you are in transit at Heathrow Terminal 4."

"The location of this hotel is very convenient if you need a room near LHR Airport; it is just one metro stop from Terminal 3 to Hatton Cross station— simply cross the road, and you are there. Despite the fact that this hotel is so close to the airport and you can see the planes flying overhead, our room was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise. The room was pleasant, and the bed had a very good mattress and pillows, we felt comfortable. A small fridge is provided, as well as a water kettle to make coffee and tea— something we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, with a wide international selection. The lady at the reception was very friendly, and it was also great that we could keep the room until noon on the day of departure and leave our luggage at the hotel until we headed to the airport in the evening. As an improvement for this hotel, it would be nice to have complimentary bottles of water or a carafe of drinkingwater in the room. When the room was cleaned, our bed was made, but the bathroom wasn't done. At check-in, the computer system turned out to be down, and we had to wait a long time before we could get a room, this can happen, however be offered a glass of water in this situation would have been appreciated."

"Bien, petit. Matelas peu confortable et sans séchoir à cheveux. Très bien situé cependant, près d'une gare centrale (trains et bus) et du Birmingham palace. Bon rapport qualité/prix !"

"A mon avis le Bailey's South Kensington est le parfait endroit où séjourner à Londres . Tout le personnel , de la réception , aux portiers , aux personnes d'étage, est disponible, accueillant . Je me rends au Bailey's depuis 2015 lors de mes déplacements à Londres , je ne suis jamais déçue. La politesse et le respect des Britanniques ne sont pas des mirages . Certains hôteliers Français et la population Parisienne en particulier ont des leçons de bienséance à prendre des Londoniens quant à l'accueil des touristes étrangers . Par ailleurs, l'hôtel est à deux minutes à pied de la station de métro , ligne directe depuis King Cross St Pancras."

"Nous avons passé 1 court séjour de quelques nuits pour notre nouvel an ici. La décoration est belle. Le personnel est top (disponible, souriant, professionnel). La chambre est correcte (WC un peu petit et bas pour moi). Les accessoires sont propres et jolis. Le petit déjeuner est bien, de qualité mais ce serait bien de changer le menu de temps en temps notamment le weekend par exemple et ne plus laisser à l’air libre les produits secs. Le quartier est propre, beau, securisé et pratique (transport, tourisme, restauration). Nous sommes contents dans la globalité et nous recommandons cet hôtel pour un séjour au calme."
