„Lovely staff great location “

„We stayed for a night for a birthday celebration. On arrival, the receptionist had informed us that we received a free upgrade on our room! The room was lovely. Lovely decor, felt cosy and very comfortable. The fridge had milk in for our use and a couple of breakfast bits which were complimentary. „Great communication from booking site regarding access to building, the room was on the very top floor with unfortunately no lift which if you have mobility issues then this may not be the place for you. The room is accessed by your personal access code which is displayed on the digital door handle, the room is fresh and very modern and surprisingly very quiet for its location. Im ersten Zimmer schloss die Türe nicht richtig, es war kalt, der Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht mehr richtig und als wir das Zimmer am Abend verlassen wollten und die Türe öffneten, fiel die Türe samt Rahmen raus. Wir haben dann das Zimmer daneben erhalten. Ebenfalls kalt, der Lichtschalter für das Bad hatte einen Wackelkontakt und bei der Dusche kam amwechslungsweise im Sekundentakt warmes als auch kaltes Wasser raus.
