« The setting of this hotel is beautiful. The room we had was recently renovated and was extremely comfortable. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive. We will be back to Harrogate and will definitely look to stay here again. The on-site Amber's restaurant is divine, and the food was amazing. »

« On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. « Hotel was stoplessly clean. Check in quick and easy. Room was spacious, and again spotlessly clean. Bed very comfortable and breakfast the next day was delicious Highly recommend 5 stars from me. »
