„My son and I just wanted a night away - to spend time together and to check out the stars and planets with his new telescope. Hartsville did NOT disappoint! We had so much fun and literally ran out of time with all the great things in store. I felt like I was zapped back in time to the 1970's (or further!). The location was easy to find, safe to park and gain access, and from the get-go we simply enjoyed ourselves. We played pool - 8-ball and 9-ball, sifted through and played the many LP's ...

„Jackrabbit Cabin is a charming place to stay. We really loved the beautiful wood floor, the earthy natural accents and the most comfortable bed. It is a perfect location as it's only about 4 miles to Joshua tree national forest. The drinks and trail snacks is a very nice touch! Thanks so much. We hope to come back in the winter.“
