« This stunning villa is undoubtedly one of the top three places we've ever stayed! We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed longer. Alejandro, Enrique, and Anika were outstanding hosts, going above and beyond to assist us with transportation to the lake. While the journey to Lake Atitlan can be challenging and dangerous, the mesmerizing view and the luxurious villa made the adventurous journey worth it. The villa was absolutely lovely! « Great service and very nice apartment, right in the center of San Marcos. Axwell was amazing, he escorted us to our apartment and helped with our luggage and was available through text before and during our arrival to help with questions and to coordinating our stay. Definitely recommend to book at Sarnai! »

« Pas de service, personne à la réception, pas de WIFI , pas d'eau chaude, pas de téléviseur dans la chambre, plancher de la chambre sale, accès au lac limité et quasi non-praticable... Bref, un désastre sur toute la ligne! Dommage car l'emplacement est très beau et a beaucoup de potentiel mais il n'est tout simplement pas bien exploité! »
