Es kann nicht sein, dass man ein Stadthotel wählt, das einen Pool hat, dass dieser aber während des ganzen Aufenthaltes nicht zugänglich ist - wegen einem Event. Ein NO GO, nie mehr dieses Hotel.

The pools and the kids' area are perfect for families. The food is pricey but always of good quality. The breakfast has a lot of variety. We really enjoyed our stay.

Keine Frage, es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Resort. Es war die letzte Station auf meiner kleinen Rundreise, daher muss ich sagen, dass Preis / Leistung nicht ganz passen. Die Mitarbeiter und der Service war klasse, eher schon etwas zu viel. Auf dem zweitem Blick zeigt sich, dass die Anlage und auch die Zimmer nicht mehr top modern aussehen bzw. im Topzustand sind ( Aussenfassaden, Pool). Das Frühstück war einwandfrei ( für mich dürfte es auch bis 10.30 Uhr gehen statt 10 Uhr). Das Resort liegt direkt am Meer, hat aber keinen eigenen Strandbereich. Der so gepriesene Alona Strand ist allerdings direkt neben dem Resort und durch eine Treppe vom Resort zu erreichen.

We stayed for 6 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is so nice and welcoming. The room was beautiful and quiet. There was lots to do in the hotel like playing games in the arcade room or participating in some water activities. The main pool is open until 9pm which makes it possible to swim after dark. Amazing! The beach is really nice as well and since there are life guards everywhere, we felt really safe. The whole hotel is quite guarded at the entrance with multiple checkpoints and safety personal (it is still possible to order grabs to the hotel though). We tried some of the restaurants and we're really surprised by the good food. We especially enjoyed the local bands playing in the lobby in the evenings and the Filipino buffet and cultural dance night! The breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods. Really enjoyable!

Wir waren zu zweit für 6 Nächte dort. Superfreu dliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Anlage ist sehr gut insbesondere mit den riesigen Salzwasser-Pools. Direkt am Strand kann man super schnorcheln und sieht hier auch direkt einige Fische. Für Europäer ist das Frühstück etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die hauseigene Bäckerei macht aber super Brote und kleine Teilchen. Insgesammt könnte mehr vegetarisches Essen angeboten werden. Es ist schon sehr Fleisch- und Fischlastig. Mit einem Grab (wie Uber) kommt man auch gut raus in Shoppingmalls etc. Mittags um 12Uhr sollte man verkehrstechnisch wegen der nahegelegenen Schule meiden.
