We had a nice stay at the GR Solaris hotel. The room with view to the ocean was amazing but we had always water problems in the bathroom. Unfortunately we had 2 problems at the restaurant. First, my younger daughter found a spine in the sausage. The restaurant responsible apologised and tried to make it better with one manager. The same day our second daughter was injured by something sharpen on her chair. A rescuer worker came to see the injury. Unfortunately nobody was checking at her after that day even trying to offer us something special for her. We were supposed to have VIP access but excepted the upgraded room, I did not really experience the vip access.
Thanks to the entertainment team, especially coach Yzrael, Abraham, Christ and Leo. The girls at the kids club were always nice to our kids (Monti and Crissel). Special thanks to Pedro at the reception and Adnan and Joel at the lobby entrance.
The breakfast was very good and the rest of the food was ok.

"The hotel is at a noisy street. My first room was toward the street and was glad I could upgrade to a lagoon room. The view was nice and it was quiet. Serene location of the restaurant with view to the lagoon. Food was ok. I missed a coffee maker in the room. Ok stay for a few days."
