Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstück

Hôtel bien situé, proche de tout. cosmopolite. Assez bruyant comme hôtel, vu qu'il est sur la place de Dam. Les chambres sont rarement prête à 15h00. Le restaurant gastro est sans surprise et prévoyez de passer manger autre chose après, car les portions sont vraiment petites. Les plats présentés ne m'ont pas fait rêver du tout... Trop cher pour ce que c'est. Le personnel était bien. Le petit-déjeuner était sympatique, mais cher.

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and left with a lot of positive impressions. The location is top-notch for exploring the city, and the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and kept in great shape by housekeeping. A standout feature is ordering extra amenities (towels, dental kits, room heaters) online via the NH website directly to your room. Room service is also available, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel offers great perks: clean lobby restrooms, a small gym, umbrella rentals, and a corner in the lobby for snacks and drinks. You also get a glass bottle to refill at free Brita water dispensers on the floors. The breakfast spread is good, featuring breads, pastries, salads, teas, coffee syrups, and a live omelet station. However, breakfast logistics need work. Almost every morning there was a shortage of coffee cups, mugs, and plates. One of two coffee machines was broken nearly the entire stay, causing long waits even on weekdays. Adding hot porridge or smoked salmon would also be a nice touch. Lastly, bring earplugs, as loud, intoxicated groups outside can get noisy at night. Despite these minor issues, it was a great stay, and I would definitely come back!

It was a terrible experience. I’ve been to hotels in the world at least more than 50 times this year.. We paid a lot for the stay in comparing to the cheap hotels and expect to have a nice experience here, but except the location, unfortunately, everything was terrible. The air conditioner was Brocken, and the first day at the reception they told us that the room will be changed for the second night, but then they said it was fully booked, then they said they are confident to make the room cooled with a mobile air conditioner which was really loud and not much better .. basically it was just terrible warm(even the corridor were cooler..). But that’s fine, we survived during the cooling night. Then the bed was super bad, it’s just out of the condition, they should change it immediately, it’s not flat, my back felt super bad after two nights. AND the room was just not clean. Everywhere you can see Ants. We have some packt chocolate, fruits from the city and next day was full of ants so we need to through everything away. So, be careful here. I really don’t think it worth this price if they don’t make the condition of the room better.. terrible!
