However, the hotel is far from 5-star standard. Many gym machines and some room equipment are poorly maintained, the downstairs terrace is littered, and the housekeeping is disappointing: our room was never cleaned. The SPA and hairdresser floor has a strange, uncomfortable atmosphere, so I would not recommend going there. The 2 stars are solely for the kind and helpful reception staff.
