« Wonderfull staff. Real helpful in changing a date (our error) when we booked a second night. Unfortunately, Hotels.com we had trouble understanding the agent we spoke with and communication was really difficult. After an hour plus with help of Cathy, desk clerk at Hotel Bethany Beach we finally were able to get date changed on reservation. The kindness of all the staff to make your stay is superb. « Small but perfect room, all the conveniences we needed for a three day stay (in early October). Beach front view was terrific, the place was quiet, with very few people on the beach at this time. We enjoyed hearing the ocean all night with no other noise. The Surf Club does not have an elevator, but they do have a dumb waiter that can be used to get heavy luggage up the 2-4 flights of stairs to the rooms. Staff were excellent! « Loved the breakfast options; pool was a nice touch!! My room was super clean comfortable & functional. Separate spaces for toilet & shower both with sinks. Even offered a work in the room partitioned from the beds. Sliding doors on bathroom were an upscale addition. I love me some Marriott !! »

« L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur les photos est trompeur, tape-à-l'œil. Le personnel à l'accueil est peu bavard, on a l'impression de les déranger. J'ai demandé pour une cafetière dans la chambre et ils m'ont répondu qu'il y avait un Dunkin's à deux pas. Quand j'ai demandé pour le reçu avant de quitter, ils ne m'ont même pas répondu. Une bande de BÊTAS ! »

« Nous avons adoré la localisation!! L’hôtel est très confortable particulièrement les lits et le choix de la literie. La décoration aussi rend l’endroit très agréable. Toutefois il faut savoir qu’il n’y a aucun service. Aucune réception et le ménage des chambres n’est pas offert. Que le changement des serviettes. « This beach cottage is beautiful! Stunning decor and attention to detail. Access to the beach was super easy. Outdoor shower, storage and washer and dryer downstairs were great amenities to have. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook comfortably. Good seating in the kitchen and family room.
