« The hotel is very charming and true to the photos. Everything is clean and beautifully renovated. The restaurant is also very good. But the real highlight of this hotel is the kindness and efficiency of the staff. Unfortunately, there was no hot water for four nights, but the hotel offered a full refund for those nights, which we really appreciated. The only downside for me was the music, which was much too loud in the lobby and around the pool. You can hear it clearly even up to the 12th...

« They would not give me access even One Minute early. The lock activated at 4pm. No one was inside, it was all ready for us but the whole family had to eait outside untill the lock set time. Very inconsiderate and inconvenient. Then they've kept bugging and bugging us about leaving on time or they were gonna charge me more money this was not a good deal »

« The room was really nice, you can tell it was just remodeled. Comfortable beds, huge TV's in each room. I think they had a little too much furniture, the bedrooms were pretty tight to walk around. I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. The hallways look older, the elevator had issues, we had to walk up 7 flights of stairs a couple times, and the pool was not heated. »
