« Great location for a 'home base' in Newquay. The Family Studios set up was perfect for our family of four (kids 4 &7), with all the essentials we needed for our trip. We had a mix of meals in the room with the incredible sea view as well as dining out. Note that the mini fridge in the room does not have a freezer compartment, so one to think about when planning groceries for the week. « Hôtel idéalement situé avec des chambres à la vue spectaculaire et d'autres... dont la notre qui donnent sur l'arrière!!! Les chambres sont un peu bruyantes. Il y a une piscine et un spa mais n'y sommes pas allés. »

« Beautiful hotel, parking is available but limited with very tight spaces and on a hill so be aware if you have a larger vehicle. Spa was lovely, staff were amazing, room was spacious. We didn't pay for a sea view, so our view was out onto a very run down and filthy roof top which made it feel more like being in the middle of a deprived city area rather than beautiful seaside resort. It didn't affect our stay, but worth knowing if you're planning a romantic getaway. »

« Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. »

« Great place for 4 to stay in Cornwall. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean, beds are as advertised. The villlage is this nice little place around a huge sandy beach, which you can reach by foot from anywhere in the village. All in all, we really liked this place. »

« We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. »

« What a wonderful B&B. The owners greeted us on arrival, very friendly couple who showed us our parking space and helped with bags to the room. The room was bright, spacious and clean. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Coffee and tea facilities were good. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, was a traditional English breakfast with cold options available. Would recommend to everyone, delightful property ideally located in Newquay. Thanks! »

« The property is perfect, positioned practically on the beach and amongst all the facilities at Watergate bay. »
