« Garden and shared facilities are great. Location is great. Family room standard is very low. Uncomfortable beds for adults, no window blinds, dirty carpet and painting of wall and ceiling falling off. We will not come back to a family room. »

« Lovely hotel in excellent location, room was very comfortable, spacious with a newly refurbed bathroom. Lounge area served great food with a lovely atmosphere. Spa was fantastic although feel that as a hotel guest it should be at a reduced rate. Staff were all very friendly, breakfast a great selection. The only negative was we could hear next doors television late into the evening. Would definitely stay again. »

« very rude staff specially at the restaurant, over priced room with cracking floor and nothing special. »

« Personnel peu accueillant.

« Our holiday with my daughter as she celebrated her 18th birthday was brilliant, however I have a few disappointed during our staying in caravan, the caravan was nice, a wide area good atmosphere an so-rounding, the concern is the toilet there is no caddy soap, no rug on the floor, no WiFi. No free towels. But a part from that I love Cornwall, I will coming back again on the summer time next year. »

« Needs a refurb »
