Allerdings sollten Sie dort die Instandhaltung nicht vernachlässigen. Im Fitnessstudio war nur ein Laufband von 3 funktionsfähig und ein Trainingsgerät war defekt. . „I had a room with bathtub and it was a great stay. AC good, shower hot. The isolation against noise may not be the best, it's possible to hear people from the aisle and from nearby rooms. The roof top with pool is fantastic, gym is large enough. Breakfast fits the size and standard of the hotel. Friendly staff and helpful.“

„Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Zeit in der Ha Long Bucht. Das Hotel hat uns eine Private Speedboottour organisiert und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank an Phat. Die Zimmer sind modern, gross und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Spa und Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr modern und das Personal sehr engagiert. Für uns wars eine gute Zeit in Ha Long.“

„3 big hotels in one massiv komplex. Couple of floors re empty so you walk through a massive empty building. Nice rooms but the doors are not soundproof so you hear everything. The music in the floors playing from 6 am to 10 pm and it’s really loud. “

Wir wurden permanent von Angestellten des Hotels gefragt wenn wir einfach nur über das Gelände gelaufen sind was wir machen und ob wir Gäste seien. Im Spa wurden wir gegen unseren Willen von einer Mitarbeiterin fotografiert und als wir dies bei ihr oder an der Rezeption angesprochen haben, wurde so getan als würde man uns auf englisch nicht verstehen (obwohl dies vorher kein Problem war). „Un'esperienza straordinaria. Ho fatto la crociera di due giorni ed è stato tutto perfetto. Il cibo abbondante e buonissimo. La nave tenuta molto bene soprattutto molto pulita. „Can’t fault the cruise or the staff who were brilliant.. But if you get up early to marvel at the views of a world UNESCO heritage site your going to be extremely disappointed and annoyed to see a HUGE amount of floating rubbish deposited by boats of all kinds including the boats that brought you there..!! We did see one small boat attempting to clean up some rubbish with a small net with very little impact. Please Vietnam look after your UNESCO site a lot better than you are.“

„They are kind and fercilitis are clean and the view is so good“

„The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! “

„Fizemos o cruzeiro de 24h a cabine era muito confortável, ampla e com varanda. Toda a comida servida era muito saborosa e diversificada. Como sou alérgica a camarão e abacaxi fizeram adaptações ao cardápio para me atender. Apenas como sugestão deveriam pensar em fazer uma adaptação no programa os dias mais frios e com tempo ruim.
