„Nice simple room in a tall downtown building. Valet Parking with prompt return when you call the desk from your room. Grab n go breakfast choices and complimentary coffee. Across the elevator lobby is a good Mediterranean restaurant/bar. We enjoyed a steak salad, a kebab plate, and a hummus appetizer. The only concern I had was that the shower floor tile was slippery and I had to be cautious.“

Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs ...

„A room with two so called “double beds” was sold for a family with a teenager. Thee persons had to sleep on two narrow beds, which of both is not considerably larger than a normal single bed.“

„I was scared because there was a guy slumped over that was high and the manager didn’t want to give me a refund saying I was there for an hour. He wanted to look at footage first. It happened on the first floor. I felt very un safe and the management didn’t care. “

„It was a good place for the price. I was there for two nights with 3 kids, ages 3 years, 4 years, and 3 months old. We usually traveled during the day and would only come to the room to sleep at night. I mean, it's not Marriott, but I think it was also not Motel 6. They have fenced parking. Overall, it was good. “

„Friendly staff, well located in Downtown Phoenix, excellent value for money esp. for the breakfast. On the downside: no curtains before the windows in the room resulting in zero privacy. Hence, other guests could directly peek into your room. There is a window shade which can be rolled down but then you feel "trapped" since it completely "darkens" the room. So either let other guests peek into your room or sit in the dark...“
