« The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. « My wife and I have stayed here multiple times. We stay here when we dont bring our dog. We have not had a bad experience. We love the location and rooms. Depending on the room you can have a decent, good and or excellent view of the ocean. Our condo didnt have a can opener and they brought one with in an hour. We dont do the pools but the pools look clean. Group we stayed with said only one pool was heated and there is no hot tub? We definitely recommend and will 100% be back »

« We just got back from 5 days at Escapes on the Shores. The 2 Bedroom/2 bath condo met all of our expectations! We had beach front with a balcony on the 4th floor.We actually didn’t see any staff as we did not need anything. I would most definitely stay there again! But longer than 5 days! »

« You will Need to buy a parking pass onsite, bring extra toilet paper(they only give you 1 roll for a week),the sleeper sofa with flip over while you are sleeping in it. The inside of the toilet bowl has never been cleaned, floor are dirty…my white socks instantly turned black from very little walking! »

« This property is immaculate! Bedrooms are HUGE and open space of kitchen and great room is an EXCELLENT gathering area...and at the back of the house - so no outside disturbances. Great location to navigate both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores along with inland communities. Although we had some challenges with the internet; service staff was extremely helpful (over a holiday) and rectified the situation in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend this property. »
