« We arrived late so we didn't notice the cleanliness of the room until the next morning. At which point when I went to shower I decided against it because the shower had not been cleaned. The only complaint we have is there was people that were also staying at the hotel seemed to have invited ALOT of people who were not hotel guests and basically overtook the outside patio with their visitors. They also brought a large speaker and played music really loud! « Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean. »

« Room was just a basic room. Pool was very small but didn’t mind. Room never got cleaned or swept the six nights we were there. If clean towels were needed we had to take the old towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Parking was fine and was located next to a public so that was super convenient. »

« The stench of mold emanating from this property was grotesque. They had humidifiers in the hallways so it’s obviously a known issue. Either the local health department has toxic thresholds or I can’t see how this property can be compliant with health department code. The front desk was kind to put us in another room but the stench was pervasive throughout the whole property. Infuriating that I paid $242 a night for this danger to my health. Gives Expedia a bad name. »

« Wonderful bed & breakfast. We always stay here on our way to Gulf Shores. The owners are top notch. Breakfast is the bomb & is included with your stay. And if you are looking for a steak they have one of the best. »

« I was barefoot in the kitchen, my feet stuck to the floor. Put socks on and the bottoms were black! So not happy with our rooms floor condition! »

« STAY AWAY! Our room (121) was filthy…dirty bed spread with pet paws stains on it, dirty pillow case, dirty bath mat, dirty lampshades, filthy stained chair, half painted and broken bathroom door, unswept and very dirty floors…and the smell… Unfriendly staff I couldn’t wait to get out of there… »

« There was nobody there to guide us to where we were supposed to go. Fortunately, there was a staff there, it is a plastic surgeons building, that was able to contact somebody with the villa who gave us phone instructions on how to open the door and where actually the room was. They apologize and said the manager is usually on top of things, but apparently at this time there was a glitch. Things happen.
