1. Nouvelle villa 2BR w / balcon vue mer près de Cruz Bay

St John

« This place was great! The host provided good directions to finding the unit, as maps did not navigate us to the right place. There was a stain on our sheets that was not ideal, but otherwise home was clean. Our only complaint is the location. The property location shown on the map on VRBO showed the home right in Cruz Bay which is why we booked it.Once we checked in, we realized the home was a mile up the hill. We cancelled another reservation we had because we thought we’d be able to walk to...

St John

« The place was very nice and clean. It had a very nice view from the roof top and the description of getting up to it was very accurate but the air conditioner that was in the room did not work very well and it was very warm in there. So as long as you don’t mind the room being very warm then you should be fine. even though there was a ceiling fan. Even if the windows would’ve been opened, only some of them had screens, and there was no possible way to have a cross breeze because the other side...

« Our VRBO hostess was fantastic, very detailed in what we needed to bring and do for the trip. We had the best time tooling around in the Mampoo jeep visiting the various beaches for great snorkeling. Maho beach was our favorite for turtle encounters. The weather staying consistently the same is a little freaky, but super great once you accept it. Living in “the birdhouse “ was a lot of fun, and we’d recommend it to anybody. Thanks for letting us stay in your beach getaway. »

« This place was incredible! When you walk inside it is just breathtaking with the amazing view to the pool/ocean, space and openness of the house, and high-end décor. The kitchen was abundantly supplied with nice dishes & utensils and the appliances were over-the-top with icemakers, extra refrigeration, coffee bar just to name a few. « Our family of 6 loved the house and views of the surrounding hills and Buck Island! The rooms were spacious with lots of windows to let in the breezes, and split-unit ACs in every room for when it got too hot. The road to the house was challenging. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of seasonings, dishes, silverware, large utensils, and many appliances. The place had plenty of towels for the pool and beaches. The pool and deck were awesome and we enjoyed the lounge chairs, hammock, and outdoor...

« The property was clean and had a great deck with amazing views. The location was great- far enough from the traffic in Cruz Bay, but close enough that it took less than 10 minutes to get to restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the host was good and she was very responsive. However, communication with the property manager wasn’t great- the directions to get there were not accurate based on where we were coming from and...
