Hotels nahe Ancarrow’s Landing (Richmond)

„Main issue was with Expedia, not Moxy. Expedia was unwilling to resolve a charge disptute.“

„Das Frühstücksangebot war mangelhaft. Z.T. nicht verfügbar, ausgegangen“

„I was not impressed. The pool was very dirty on the surface. There were towels on the floor and no staff to be seen. The room was very dark with no good lights. The breakfast was complicated and the vouchers were not given to me on checkin. Also the shower was cold for the first 3 nights and i had to move room. There was no responsibility taken by management for the shower issue and i was told everything was ok. Manager was not seen at all during my stay“

„Saubere große Zimmer, tolles Hotel, kostenloser Shuttle in die Stadt und wieder zurück, würd jederzeit wieder kommen“

„This inn is perfectly located if you want to drink and dine in Carytown and that would be enough BUT it is also owned and operated by some wonderful folks who work extra hard to make you comfortable, the linens are nice, the bathrobes are fluffy, there’s a wine and cheese hour as well as a fancy coffee maker, and breakfast was lovely. Put all that together and you have and even better Richmond adventure. Loved our stay!“

„Ich musste die Reservierung kurzfristig absagen. Der Gastgeber hat darauf überhaupt nicht reagiert.“

„Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Flair. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad waren sehr groß. Recht zentrale Lage, das Zentrum ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen “

„Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.“

„Mehr erwartet gemäss Fotos als dann tatsächlich geboten. Das Personal war teilweise nett aber teilweise auch sehr frustriert. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach.“
