« Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property! »

« Excellent location directly across from the beach, and it is nice that a wagon and umbrellas are provided. We used the balcony in the mornings and at night, some beautiful ocean views. Had an issue with the AC and owner was very responsive. Unit is spacious and close to everything (restaurants, shopping, groceries, beach). Only cons: kitchen utensils (such as pots/pans and spatulas/other smaller kitchen items) could use an upgrade, as could the bathrooms; AC unit is new but seems to be too small...

« House was very close to beach perfect walk. House was equipped with everything we need and very clean. The only thing is I have older kids age range 16-22. So when we got there they were disappointed in the twin beds when the picture showed bunk queens. So our youngest had to suffer whom is very tall. Other than that absolutely perfect. Maybe update your bedroom description it’s a key thing when trying to provide the right size beds for everyone in your group. »

« Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house...

« I stayed with my husband, mom, and niece for 3 nights at this property. The bottom floor is a garage style floor with an office and lots of beach gear that is available to use. There were multiple chairs, lots of towels available, a beach shade thing that worked pretty well. If you want a cooler - I would suggest bringing one.
