However, I think the listing should provide more details about how the property is divided and arranged before booking. « Apartment is very clean, wide spaces. Only inconvenient thing is the alarm bypass pressing at the door every time you enter or exit. Other than that, I think it is a reat location, crossing the street to a small beach, great restaurant crossing the street and very close to the main street Pine Ave. »

« The only issue was the check in. Didn’t receive any notification on the code to enter the door. I reached out to owner and he replied immediately. The person that was supposed to provide only did so when I was settled in. »

« The townhome was nice and clean. The views from the balconies were beautiful. We were able to see manatees everyday and even got to see dolphins from the balcony. The property is centrally located where you can get to Tampa , St. Petersburg or Sarasota in relatively good time. There is a public nearby which was convenient. The host Carmen was nice and answered quickly. I would stay here again. »
