„This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. Walmart, super markets, all fast food, waffle House is a 5 min drive or 10 min walk. 10/10 recommend to everyone. Super convenient and wonderful. The renter was super responsive and helpful. „Jeanette was a great host. We experienced a small issue when we arrived (absolutely no fault of Jeanette’s) and I informed her of the issue. Our issue was resolved quickly by the property manager. Excellent communication and response. The pool was great and not crowded at all. We saw dolphins multiple times from our balcony. Great resort and views. “

We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. „Great pool and sundeck, along with some sandy beach area to lay out if not interested in driving to a nearby beach. Awesome pool side cafe and bar. Since we had already incurred travel and other expenses to attend this wedding, I personally would have like a bit more kitchen storage containers to cook and store food since we did not eat out every. „Location was excellent. We came to Tampa for a concert at Raymond James. Dave was the perfect host, communication up front and regularly including videos for check-in. Condo was like new. Plenty of room for the two couples we had. Luxury. Easy walk or Uber to venue. 5 Stars all the way. If we head back to Tampa this will be our first consideration for place to stay!“

„Alles wirklich top! Zimmer sehr groß und sauber! Betten groß und bequem. Badezimmer ebenfalls sauber und großzügig. Lage ist einfach perfekt. Supermarkt nur mit Auto erreichbar. Jeden Morgen sind Delfine vor der Haustür. Das Restaurant Hooks, was in der „Siedlung“ ist, ist teuer. Daher lieber woanders essen. Waschmaschine sowie Trockner draußen vor der Tür da. „My husband and I flew in from STL for a weekend getaway to attend the Kenny Chesney concert. The condo was absolutely perfect for us and we loved the private feel of the balcony. Having The Big Bamboo on site was also a big perk, we spent a lot of time there for meals and drinks. Andrea is an amazing host and did an excellent job communicating with us prior to and throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!“

"Unser Zimmer (215) war sauber und sehr geräumig, kein Mief und kein Getier! Betten und Polster sehr bequem. Großer Kühlschrank mit Eisfach. Wer gern ein Zimmer mit Ausblick und natürlichem Licht möchte, braucht hier Glück. Viele Fenster reichen nur in einen überdachten Innenhof und manche - so wie unseres - sehr enttäuschend überhaupt nur auf eine Ziegelwand. Es bestand aber die Bereitschaft der freundlichen Rezeptionisten für eine Umbuchung, was wir wegen der einen Nacht nicht in Anspruch nahmen. Der Pool ist sauber und schaut von der Form her gut aus, jedoch scheinen mir 3 Liegen für 237 Zimmer etwas knapp bemessen. Das Hotel ist gut erreichbar, jedoch ist das angeschlossene Speiselokal schon seit längerer Zeit außer Betrieb und sieht auch nicht nach einer Öffnung in nächster Zeit aus. Auch in näherer Umgebung gibt es keine Lokale, außer einem Steakhouse. Ein amerikanisch einfaches Frühstück gibt es im Vorraum (!) und ist soweit ok."
