« The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay. »

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

« Personnel très agréable, lieu très joli avec son magnifique jardin. Quand on sors ce balader à l'exterieur, il faut laisser la clé à la reception. Si en revenant les portes sont fermées il faut appeler pour qu'on nous ouvre. Une personne répond toujours au téléphone et très rapidement même à 4h du matin. J'ai passé un très bon séjour. Merci au personnel du Classic hôtel. »
