2BR apartment - cute, cozy, convenient

Summary:

Freshly remodeled upstairs apartment featuring 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds. We have one bathroom with a shower (no tub). Fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. Even though this is a small apartment, we have everything you would need for your home away from home including a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, iron and ironing board, and 2 flat screen TV's.



Dogs are welcome. We charge $25 per dog per night.



The Space:

This upstairs apartment features 2 bedrooms. One has a king size bed with wall mounted TV. The second has a queen bed and a king bed with a TV in the corner. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a dual coffee maker, full size fridge, full oven, and a dining room table with chairs. The bathroom is large but only has a shower (no bathtub). We do not have a washer or dryer. Some of the ceilings are sloped so watch your head if you're super tall!

Entire upstairs apartment.

Quiet neighborhood



Getting Around:

Car is best. Uber and Lyft will service this area.

We take your safety and security seriously and this property has special local compliance requirements of a signed rental agreement and ID verification. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
