The host was extremely responsive before and during. No issues, just questions. The house is designed for fun, both indoors and outdoors. The pickleball court and the theater were used a lot! Good proximity to Asheville attractions. It’s on the southern side so you won’t encounter issues still lingering g after Hurricane Helene.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our four night stay in this beautiful home! Our family (8 adults and three babies) were there celebrating my 60th birthday - we truly had an amazing time! The location was incredible- a very short drive to downtown Asheville and three grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. But, we spent a lot of time in the house because there was so much to do. The house has a putt putt course, fire pit, pickleball court, media room with a massive screen and 10 luxurious seats, a game room with shuffle board, pool table, pinball machines, etc…and a gym. Though we didn’t use it, the house also has a hot tub. There were plenty of bedrooms and living areas as well as two kitchens. I could go on and on! My biggest concern when renting a house is the cleanliness, and this house was spotless. Definitely a five star experience!

Excellent Property!

This home is as listed, and a great property. We came in with 12 adults and had plenty of space and beds for everyone. There is more space and room than appears on pictures. The hot tub is large and fits 8 or so people. The games room is great. The grill is a Traeger grill. The movie theater is massive and screen quality is great. All the rooms are spacious. There are TV's all over the place. There are two kitchens, one on either floor. The home is close (7-10 mins from Biltmore Forest) to town but tucked in a lush creek valley. We had a fantastic time there during our first night. Then the storm rolled in and we were unable to complete our stay. The host has been responsive and collaborative throughout, including as we are working on a refund resolution from our shortened stay, but overall this stay was awesome at a great property.

Fabulous Family Vacation!

Best family and friend vacation ever! Tons of fun times with so much to do. We had our own version of family Olympics with pickle ball, pool, video games, ping-pong! Lightning rounds of basketball. Great location close to Asheville and excellent hiking trails. Would definitely stay there again. The house was spotless and provided 5-star amenities. Thanks for the memories!

Awesome house!

We had a family reunion with people ranging from ages 6 to 76. This house had something for everybody. The kids Ioved the theater and game room. We had some fun pickleball, basketball, cornhole games on the sport court. The traegar grill was on point. House was very clean and as advertised. Michael, the host, was very communicative and answered all questions. The house is about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville but only 7 minutes from a Whole Foods and Publix. Definitely an “off the grid” feel. Would stay here again.

Giant property

The property grounds are very well maintained. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large amount of guests. The house was very entertaining for the kids and even the adults enjoyed many of the games that were available. The wild turkeys and other wild life surrounding the property were interesting. Outdoor activities were all very fun with everything you needed to play available. Only a few things that were not stated before staying: the BBQ grill is charcoal and you must bring your own. Same with the fire pit. Some of the slate stones around the fire pit were loose and dangerous(a few people tripped in them). Other than a few minor things in the house it was a great vacation! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our stay was phenomenal. The house was clean and plenty of amenities to never get bored or need anything. The house was secluded so it was very peaceful. Winter Break in Asheville

We are a group of 6 adults and 6 teens between 17-19yo. This house was perfect for everyone. The teens spent most of their time playing in the game room or theater and the adults took advantage of the pickle ball court everyday. It is close to downtown Asheville so it is an easy drive to do things in the area also. Overall, a great place to take people of all ages!!

Family Fun

We came to town for our nephews graduation. We surprised him and his family and had them all come stay with us at the property along with cousins and uncles and aunts. There was about 20 of us. All ranging from 3-75. Everyone had a blast. So many fun activities between arcades, ping pong, shorting pool, basketball, sitting around the fire pit, and playing poker. One day it even rained and we had an awesome movie day in the movie theater that sat all of us comfortable with the nice touch of a fresh popcorn maker. This is the first time all kids played the entire time and never picked up their cell phones or asked to play video games. It was so nice for the adults to sit by the fire, have a glass of wine and the kids be playing and challenging us to the games. We truly had the best time and would recommend this house to all families. Even if you don’t have a plan to go to Asheville, we have never see. A rents with so much to do you don’t need to go anywhere!!!! Thank you Elliott and the rest of you for renting this amazing house to us.
