- 2-5mins walk to the supermarket, the ferry terminal and the train station

- 5-10mins walk to bars, restaurants and cafes, the Britomart and Waterfront, Skytower, viaduct harbour, Auckland fish market,

- 10-15 mins walk to Auckland Art Gallery, Universities. Britomart.

These works do not directly affect this apartment unit. However, as they are external building works, there may occasionally be some construction noise.

Also some of the days in the very early morning, the building next will have rubbish collection, so you may hear the rubbish truck noise.
