« Enjoyed our stay in this pretty little guesthouse located in a quiet residential neighborhood (yet close to all amenities and shopping) in Austin. This was a perfect place for our 3 day stay while visiting our daughter. The bed was comfy, the decor was soothing, there was a kitchenette to make a quick breakfast and everything was clean and peaceful. There was even a swinging chair. Loved it! »

« Very impressive small nice place. Super close to downtown Austin. My two sons and I stayed 2 nights. Great for a family of 2 or 3. Next to other nice similar houses and a metal scrapyard. We weren’t sure at first but it was great. Would absolutely stay there again. »

« It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. »

« This was a fabulous location on the East side which is fast becoming a very active spot for young folks. I was visiting a relative who lived an 8 min walk away so great location. Walkable to bars, coffee shops, food trucks, BBQ places. The vrbo was a one bedroom with a small living room and a spacious kitchen with washer/drier. The host had it fully loaded with towels, soap and bathroom amenities. There was a coffee machine which I used to make a cup of joe and sat out on the small porch on...

« Great location, within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Property was well kept and clean. Edwin and Mindy were extremely responsive and accommodating to ours needs. Would love to get a larger group together to stay again in the main house!. »
