„Everything was perfect, location perfect, clean & cozy. Service was really good, even though I requested the early check in and they charged me for it, when I got there, the code didn't work until 3pm anyway; but I requested the money back and they refunded the money right away to my account. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will stay here if we come back to Madrid soon. Thank you.“

„The ceiling is too low, you have very little place to walk straight. The painting is very dirty , and have a lot of humidity in the walls. In the bathroom door , the key is not working and the sliding door is not working, you are not even to close it. Oven is not working and some of the kitchen fires are also not working.The service and checkin and out was smooth, the location is great, but the facility is not worth it to pay this money. I will never go there again.“

„In addition to the good location, the apartment was clean and adequately equipped for 2 persons. Although we never saw the managers, they were quickly responsive to our requests. The only concern for us was the bed was too firm for our liking. Others may prefer this? Overall, a very nice stay.“
