« Air conditioning in main area was broken the day we got there and was not fixed for entire stay. Had to keep doors to bedroom closed just to at least sleep in a cool room as the one in bedroom could not cool down both rooms so was not really able to use entire apartment and just stay in the bedroom when we were there to rest and cool down in between sight seeing. Bathroom could really use a thorough cleaning n felt like a sauna the entire time. The location could not have been better. Very close...

« This property’s location is very desired. Near one of the best pastries/ coffee shop and grocery supermarket. 30 minutes or less walk to colosseum and all the great places to visit. The only reason why they didn’t get higher marks is that the property was not cleaned when we got there and didn’t seem as clean as it looks. The noise in the apartments was was dreadful, which is not the host fault but keep us up most nights. »

« We initially booked a different property, but they had over booked and switched us to one of their other properties at no additional cost which was great, but wants really the area we wanted to stay in. The place was nice and clean and within 20 min walking distance to most sites. A/C worked well. Our biggest complaints was checkout. We were promised late 2pm check out and at 10:30 cleaners showed up and refused to leave saying they were told to clean for the next guest. They entered the...
