„Overall l, was a good stay at the property for my family and I. Some of the pros include the beautiful grounds, the pool and the awesome staff for breakfast and dinner! A few of the cons are that in our room the bathroom area was overrun with ants. The bed wasn’t all that comfy either, and on additional “nit” is that the front desk only allowed for two towels for our room…which was super inconvenient traveling with my spouse and 3 kids. I’m a consultant and have lived in hotels for a good chunk ...

„Convenient location and friendly, accommodating staff. Somewhat dated but very clean. Hot water was plentiful. Chilly climate but plenty of blankets were provided. Breakfast was hot and delicious and filling. There was a tank of drinking water in the lobby. Free use of bath towels to visit the hot springs!“

„Best place to stay if you have a car and if you like a quiet spot. Right in the mountains with a great views of the Tungurahua volcano, very close to the "casa del arbol " which is an unbeatable spot for the view of the volcano. Rooms are more like small bungalows , very spacious with very comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay there. “

„Amazing staff. Main guy was AWESOME. He spoke English. Set me up with all the activities, and knew what was good and what was not. There were 2 girls that worked as volunteers for we work that were just as cool and spoke English as well. My one complaint was my room had no hot water..... I left the water on for 5 minutes. It only got colder.... I needed that shower too... The locals like to party... all night long... my gosh. Makes it harder to sleep. “
