„Everything about this hotel is great. The views, the room, the nice service. Everything is clean and feels new (the hotel is 4 years old) The tasty restaurant serves local Adjaran and Georgian dishes. All freshly cooked. We eat 3 large meals, shared the food for tasting and still did not get to try half of the menu. We loved the panoramic room. Dont think twice before booking. “

„We only stayed for one night but loved the location and cleanliness. It’s a little hidden, but you just have to walk behind the Hilton to find it, it’s right next to the bank, and the lobby is on the 14th floor. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the city centre, so not too close, but also not far enough to need a taxi. „What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.“

"A hotel that is showing its age. This could be compensated for with excellent service, but unfortunately this is not the case. Check-in is only from 4 p.m., which is too late. The parking garage is not well signposted, so you drive past it first. There were not enough umbrellas. The disinfectant dispensers by the elevators were empty for two days. One of the four elevators was also broken for two days. If you pay for the parking garage at reception, you only have 10 minutes to leave the underground car park - so stressful. This was at 9 a.m. But the 48 hours you paid for didn't end until 3 p.m. Unfortunately, the Hilton Batumi lacks passion for its customers. A friendly smile is missing both at check-in and in the Sky Bar. It's a shame for the Hilton brand that you can no longer rely on the expected level of quality."
