« Houseboat was incredible! Trust the GPS directions provided as we arrived later in the afternoon and it was getting dark. If you are not from the area you could get a little lost. Look for the Seaplanes and you are good!! Houseboat is right off the Mill Valley/Sausalito bike path. We rode our e-bikes EVERYWHERE and it was the best. The accommodations are amazing and we were so happy! Highly recommend!! »

« This little place is well equipped, designed with flare, and extremely cozy! A great relaxing landing place for exploring the area. I was immediately soothed upon entry: mood lighting and a spa-like atmosphere were just what I needed. Little touches like coffee and snacks, along with the unique jetted shower, make for a really relaxing environment. Also, the hosts provided very thorough recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. A great find in San Rafael! »

It is a bit darker inside than the pictures show (large trees shade the property) it is close to some redwoods (very pretty) and it is smack dab in a neighborhood. Over all it was perfect for our 2-day stay. You walk up a slanted driveway to the stairs (on your right) and have to drag luggage up so probably not great for a senior citizen. « Eugene and Natalie are exceptional hosts! Our Sonoma Suitte was well equipped with refrigerator, microwave and a big screen TV. What was truly nice are the extras for example: a bottle of nice wine, a bowl of fruit with apples and persimmons, cookies, biscotti, a nice can of Italian wafers and more.
