« We really enjoyed our room, #4, the room and private bathroom in a separate building through the kitchen. The room is small, but we were able to open 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller carry on suitcases. There were a couple of small issues which were fixed the next day...very quickly looked after. Super location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and many bus routes. We found a great restaurant where they spoke English just down the street, Restaurante Churrasqueira O Franquinho,...
"Our stay started pretty badly with a rather strong argument with the clerks at the registration and rather rude response. After that, the service improved quite a lot but still left a bad first impression. The rest of the stays, including all other interaction with staff were great.
The hotel is very well situated, the rooms
are really clean and the breakfast offering is great in a nice restaurant.
Close to major Lisboa attractions, and to lots of public transportations."
