« We all had a fantastic time. Kitchen equipment well stocked. Beautiful views over lakes, swimming pool on site was clean & cared for. Lovely walks. Definitely recommend the house. We want to go back. »

« Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend »

« I cannot say enough positive things about cloud nine. The location was perfect. I loved having my own space as well as a little garden in front where we could have coffee in the morning. Most important the owner was incredibly communicative, provided spot on recommendations and answered any question I had within minutes. »

« Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again. »
