„Very nice stay clean but the garbage can were small and not enough bags “

„Front desk staff was extremely friendly. Room was very spacious and looked newly renovated. We didn't use the amenities, but they all looked very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was very good too...was kept well stocked.“

„This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front ...

„Wir haben ein Nichtraucher Zimmer gebucht aber im Zimmer und besonders im Bad hat es nach Rauch gerochen. Der Tisch und die Nachttische waren total dreckig, selbst nach säubern des Tisches, klebte er immer noch. Die Nähe zur Interstate tat ihr übriges, ruhig ist etwas anderes.“

The laundry room needed improved instructions where to place the detergent pod because the washer has a dispenser that is not usable. The pod should be tossed in with the laundry. “
